Organize datasets in groups

User story

As a user, the large number of datasets might become hard to handle over time. Since most of the datasets are part of a group (e.g., different variants of a single dataset), they could be organized in an easier way.

Solution

• Offer the definition of "dataset groups"
• in the UI, have a second drop down menu (or similar) that is opened if you hover/select a group and shows the datasets of this group
