Level up sound

Sound closely resembles the sound used in Diablo 2 for level ups. Specifically chosen due to that, because it will be familiar for D2 players trying out D1, and the fact that it's a canon Brevik design choice.

D2R, just to clarify. I think the classic D2 sound is just the heavy armor sound
