Defiler only says its line for the one that first spots it

To Reproduce

Take two heroes to level 20, mute sound on one and go find the defiler. Notice that you do not hear "come closer" when you spot it.

Expected Behavior

No response

Additional context

This is probably an original Hellfire issue.

Warlord of Blood works correctly so might be a good reference for a fix.

This might be host/client related, since i was unable to replicate it a second time with the client finding the defiler
