[touch] Unable to use telekinesis/runes

There does not appear to be a way to use targeted spells like telekinesis, or placing runes

This may also be true for using a gamepad

For me the same. And after using runes it's not possible to use heath drinks.

On a gamepad previously you could use mouse simulation (thumb stick or select + dpad) to target these IIRC
