Other Profile Settings Endpoint Addition?

The current User settings essentially provide access to the same fields that "Edit Profile" does. However there is nothing for changing elements in the Settings area. This may be a bridge too far for the API, for example are we going to allow application management through that etc. However we should consider this in a second release of the API. I do not believe this lack of feature should block the release/deployment of the API.
