重置路由之后进不去

Describe the bug 重置路由之后，怎么也进不去了，一直报错404，安装组件都检查过了，配置也检查过了 mysql5.7 centos7 tomcat8.5 jdk8 image

To Reproduce

  1. 安装好之后，打开网页 http://xxxx:8080/cat/s/config?op=sampleConfigUpdate
  2. 然后重置路由，确认
  3. 这样就404了，怎么也进不去了。环境重置了也不行
