Add tutorial for user-defined mask method

Currently DIANNA does support user defined function for how masks behave (not the mask type but the value of the mask as input) and it would be nice to have a dedicated tutorial for this.

SHAP tutorial has a small example on this. It would be nice to showcase it generally.
