Unify Settings UI

The settings editors all look a bit different right now. We should create a cleaner and unified design for them. Here are some suggestions I could think of:

  • [x] no full-width columns (e.g. DialogText settings)
  • [ ] make all helper texts italic
  • [x] make all headings/titles bold
  • [ ] use the FilePicker scene for file picker settings
