Please upgrade Pydantic to V2

Pydantic V1 won't work on Python 3.14, as you can see here.

TLDR: due to the changes that Python 3.14 introduces, Pydantic V1 crashes on type evaluation and so does rss-parser.

Ah so the day did come to do it 😅 If this is breaking for you at the moment I'll try to find some time after work Most likely after next week, pretty loaded

Released v3.0.0a2 with pydantic v2 as the main model. If you need it - feel free to install

Tests seem to pass and I don't hate the code we ended up with. Might merge and release as stable at the end of the week if no issues are discovered
