Option(s) to disable adnauseam dropdown menu/theming

Could an option to disable the adnauseam menu be added? So instead of getting this menu, I can just get the ublock one and I can mess with the options

When trying to access the ublock dropdown menu, I'd rather not see a panel of ads if possible(neither images nor links). Like... it kinda defeats the point of not seeing ads. And yes, I do need to regularly access the ublock dropdown menu.

And all of this could be added as an option next to here:

Additional request: an option to disable the adnauseam theming in the extension settings(if it's not too hard) to get the default ublock theme.
