(No blockers) Does not detect ads. Warning: "Your ad blocker and AdNauseam may conflict"

I use the last version installed on Chrome. When I visit any site it doesn't detect ads though blocks them. Like I visit any site and see "0" in counter. Althrough I get warning "Your ad blocker and AdNauseam may conflict", but I don't use any of them.

thank you @LightGameStudio42 for reporting. I will test with the above extensions to see if this warning is wrongly appearing.

Installed the above mentioned extensions and was not able to reproduce. Tried different workflows and the warning didn't appear to me. Perhaps there was a specific script running on Violentmonkey?

Ads were blocked on Firefox 140 but not collected on all websites. I've tried messing with Enhanced Tracking Protection settings including setting to Custom and disabling all the toggles.
