i don't have a working copy of macos anymore, so i'm not really able to conduct further testing for now, sorry

I got this to work by downloading the chromium version (zip file), running xcrun safari-web-extension-converter adnauseam.chromium, and building for MacOS (no developer license necessary)

^^^ some UIs are broken, but blocks every ad on canyoublockit.com extreme test
