Suggestion from user: Ublock panel default instead of Vault on menu

I was just looking for this option today. Every time I want to adjust dynamic filtering rules I need to first click the toolbar button for AdNauseam then click the Mu character to get into dynamic filtering. Very annoying.

@dhowe I think this might be a relevant point actually. For advanced users used to uBlock, it would be useful to keep ublock menu easier to open. Maybe add an option on the menu "open uBlock Menu First" or something?

OR perhaps simply keep the last menu open once you click the icon again: If the menu is closed while ublock menu was open, next time it will open ublock menu first, and vice-versa.

Yes, there are two options here:

1. Add a toggle in settings to set ublock as the default settings menu
2. Make the option choice 'sticky' - if you use ublock menu last time, you get it by default until you switch back

The 1st option seems clearly preferable if implementation difficulty is similar
