Mouse can not release when click a node

Hi, guys. I am a newer for js, and I met a problem that the node will follow my mouse when I click a node, it can not be released only if refresh the page. It means that I can not click another node after I click a node. How should I do? My English is not good, so you can tell me if you can not understand my problem. Thank you.
