Bug: deltatech_purchase_price on domestic vendors updated price includes VAT v14

We tested deltatech_purchase_price module and it works, but it update product vendor price with tax. In our case (and in generally in Finland B2B) product purchase price should be without tax.

So could it be modified to update vendor price without tax?

Here is PO, purchase price 2.5€

And when receipt is done, vendor price is with taxes. It should be 2.5€ here as well

We are using Odoo 14 Enterprise onprem.

I tested this little bit more and if the vendor is domestic then VAT is added to price. If vendor is not domestic then VAT is not added.
