Enhancement to the Caller Dashboard: points for the jam

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, enhancement

Describe the solution you'd like Add jam points to the lineup table to track the points by a given skater in that jam (not cumulative)

• Clearly this would only apply to Jammer and Pivot
• New column in the table between "Name" and "Pen. Count"

Additional context Would help announcers keep track of points in jams where there's a star pass
