[Feature Request] respond to the system's notification when the default audio device has changed

dhewm3 needs to be restarted to reopen the new default audio device of the system even if s_device is configured to default. With openal soft ( versiom 1.30.1 ) it seems to be possible to change / reopen the default audio device after the user has changed the default audio device of the system.
