Add famous sorting algortihms in C++ language

I would like to add some famous sorting algorithms (many of which work in O(nlogn) time complexity) in the main section of the repository as a part of hacktoberfest 2020. Please assign me this work

@Dish26 Please checkout the README, add the algorithm you want to contribute, and send a PR. Also make sure your algo is not a duplicate contribution. (If you don't know how to do this all Process, please let me know.)
