Fix for weird behavior caused by removal of background image / code cleanup

Running a 6.0.1 Zenwatch2, upon removal of the background image, the paints and text take on odd behaviors such as flickering, unnecessary levels of brightness, and matrix text/shadow not disappearing when in ambient mode.

So, to fix that, I've re-added the background image. As as bonus, I've removed some unnecessary lingering analog paints. (Potentially more could be removed, though)
