Getting back to one of my original points. 'default' and 'filesystem' are terrible names. Let's define what they are and use better names.
This also gets into the reproducibility angle and dashboarding. i.e. knowing the kernal being used and putting it in the notebook metadata can help with reproduction and also with picking...

Hey Folks, Looks like this is finally happening. We expect hardware to arrive in 2-4 weeks. There are still a lot of questions that are unanswered about the software stack...
I think a coordination meeting makes sense. We probably need some higher bandwidth time to get broad strokes of what this will look like sorted out.
