AP Mode in 5GHz

Hi, I was trying to configure my NIC 5300 connected PC as an AP operating at 5GHz. However, I am getting the following error: "channel 40 disabled for use in AP mode".

And I also see that my "iw list" is showing 5GHz channels as "No IBSS" but my "iw reg get" shows that I have those channels.
