You could overwrite one of those included images with yours:

curl -s --output-dir "$HOME/.local/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.simpleMonitor/contents/images" -o "distro-slackware.svg" https://www.debian.org/logos/openlogo-nd.svg

And then choose slackware.
