duplicate files will get overwritten

I've two different source directories where the filenames are the same. This leads to overwritten files in case of copy to the backup directory during "Snapshot and consolidation" with a given backup directory. I will rename my source files two prevent those duplicates. Maybe it is a good idea to issue an error in this case.
