I am on the same hardware but on an arch system and can reproduce the bug

I stumbled upon the exact same issue today, bumping for visibility

Second this, although for me, floccus said 'sync aborted, this would increase your bookmarks by 680%' 😅 so it didn't cause a disaster fortunately.

Second this, if I keep one instance of it open, the second one appears much faster
