My alert gives "File doesnt(sic) exist or unable to read file C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\changedetection.io/9fdb52e0-b59d-4bf7-b4c7-88d2e9e465f7/a72e9aba-5727-4ebd-abfd-abc7a829b40c.stripped.txt".

File exists and it has the information. Other alerts are working.

Python 3.10.6, Windows 10.
