Add a global setting to use extra browser by default

Describe the bug There is no global setting to use extra browser under Settings > Fetching

Version v0.49.15 installed via docker

To Reproduce Add an extra browser under Settings > CAPTCHA & Proxies (e.g. BrightData)

Check Settings>Fetching: notice that there is no way to select extra browser as the default

Edit a watch and select Request, notice that there is an option to select the extra browser here:

Expected Behavior I simply want to use the extra browser as the default whenever I add a new watch without editing the details.
