Possible UTf-8 problems in notifications?

Describe the bug Website monitoring notifications use global notification settings The notification url is post://127.0.0.1/notify?auth=xxxxxxxx The notification server is ntfy.sh Sending test notifications in settings page is working But notifications sent by website monitoring are not working

Version v0.45.7.3 Run in docker

The problem seems to be with the notification title and notification body, when Chinese is included, the notification doesn't work, removing the Chinese work
