Add ability to hide doorbell HomeKit accessory (for automation-only usage of battery doorbell)

Description

Background

I have a battery video doorbell 2. It is configured for maximum battery saving and so I don't see video previews for it via homebridge.

So, if someone presses the doorbell I get notified but the video is always a spinner.

To work around this I use the programmable doorbell switch to trigger a dummy doorbell switch on a hard-wired cam I have. That makes the hard-wired cam behave like a doorbell.

So if a visitor presses the ring button, I am notified of it and I see the hard-wired cam's video on my devices.

Problem

There is no way in the Home app to configure only one doorbell to chime. When you turn one doorbell off, it turns off all.

So this means I get multiple doorbell chimes on my homepods 🔔 🔔 One chime for the Ring doorbell accessory and one chime for the dummy doorbell accessory for the hard-wired cam.

Add to this that I have a couple homepods and the chimes are out of sync and the effect is a cacophony of ding dongs 😄

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a setting much like hideDoorbellSwitch, but that hides the main doorbell accessory. Only the doorbell programmable switch accessory would remain (if configured).

🍭 Bonus is this would be extra handy for me since my battery doorbell always shows as no snapshot in the home app due to my battery-friendly settings.

Perhaps the new setting could be called hideDoorbell and have the following description 🤔

If you have a Ring video doorbell, you will see a doorbell/camera accessory associated with it. If you do not wish to see the video thumbnail, or receive direct doorbell actions you can set this setting to true. The programmable doorbell switch will remain and you can use that for automations based on doorbell presses.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Ideally I would like to disable chimes for the ring doorbell. But that is not possible via the home app.
