[Documentation]: Incorrect Link to Upsert Block Documentation in README.md

What version of Pydgraph is the target?

Latest version -> v23.0.1

Documentation.

I just started playing around with dgraph and pydgraph. I was going through the README.md when I noticed that under the Running an Upsert: Query + Mutation section, the link pointing to Upsert Block Documentation is not working as intended.

The actual link to the section is this: https://dgraph.io/docs/graphql/mutations/upsert/

Additional information.

Not a huge issue but would save some trouble for beginners.

Most of the links are leading nowhere in the README.md
