update README

I've been trying to get this to run, but I didn't succeed. The README is outdated and mentions Caddy as a webserver. The Caddyfile doesn't exist anymore and it seems you switched to NGINX. I then found the docker-compose files. I created an empty local.env and managed to get to the admin interface with user: gru-uz pass gru-pwd. However I then couldn't add questions. After I filled out all the necessary fields in the "create question" form nothing happens when I try to save a question.

In the docker-compose log I see: gru_1 | [negroni] 2020-02-16T22:11:27Z | 500 | 1.594238ms | gru:8000 | POST /api/admin/add-question

At this point I gave up. I would appreciate some updated documentation that allows me to get this running.
