Feature Request - Subscriptions Based on CDC

Currently, subscriptions are based on polling.

It would be nice if Dgraph worked out of the box with Change Data Capture instead of polling, as it would be less stringent on the database.

This would ultimately SAVE DGRAPH LABS MONEY!
