No Readme file in earlier steps

Hope you're well, it's been ages since I last saw you, in Köln (I think), it'd be great to have a beer together again.

I was going to try this out, but noticed there only a readme in the step 6 branch.

Wasn't sure if it was useful to raise an issue, but just in-case it is.

Hi Andy,

It's been a while that we haven't had any in-person events and I miss that. Thankfully we will be able to get some beers after some interesting talks soon.

I was going to try this out, but noticed there only a readme in the step 6 branch.

The truth is that I wanted to create some videos explaining all the patterns used in the templates, highlight the best practices, perf gains, maintainability, etc. I had to postpone the video shootings several times as I decided that helping the project to roll a better product was more important than any educational content. I hope I will be able to do that once the Child Templates are a reality in (maybe) 4.1. That said probably I should fix the readme with at least the most critical parts per branch.
