Creating hierarchical playlist

With the option to generate playlist it only generates in the lowermost folder in hierarchical. Would it be possible to generate playlist on each level of folder hierarchical, because each week is subdivided in multiple folders containing about 1 video each --- both making a mess and harder viewing experience?
