Notification not added on insertItem

Hey! Thanks for the class that you've made. Was really handy for a project I've been working on. Just something I noticed as part of my usage of this class is that you don't add the notification that an AVPlayerItem ended on PlayerItems that are added through insertItem. It's a pretty quick fix, but took me a while to notice it when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my implementation. Just thought I would let you know.
