Improve article 2110.03108: \nonumber shouldn't be ignored

Search for "Summing these equalities over all" in arXiv:2110.03108v1 and look at the align environment below. It has two tags: (35) and (36). But the first tag should not be there, as it has a \nonumber in the source code. Ignoring the \nonumber causes the equation numbers to differ from those in the PDF.

This has been recently upgraded in latexml, and I checked locally that the article has the right equation numbers when rebuilt. The live ar5iv version should reflect that after the next big rerun, around the end of 2023.

That said, the article also needs new latexml support for: scrlayer-scrpage.sty, doclicense.sty, tabls.sty, scrartcl.cls, easytable.sty

Recently updated to latexml v0.8.8, but there are still numbering inaccuracies, starting with the equations in Proof 2.14.
