Improve article 2206.07682 (couriers.sty)

DG edit: The document fails to convert (Fatal severity).

  • article needs latexml support for couriers.sty
  • also a possible robustness needed for tikz alignments, as indicated by the \tikz@align@temp errors.

After the latest ar5iv update this document now converts with most content preserved. We still need support for couriers.sty
