Inconsistent Surface Generation

The surface of planets in Noctis IV LR looks nothing like the surface of planets in the original. There are likely many small glitches that contribute to this. The planet generation should be similar enough that you can read a comment about a surface feature written twenty years ago in Noctis IV and go see it in Noctis IV LR.
