Avoid comma in survey option for the next edition

in some questions we had some commas in the response itself but it's not playing well with Google Form since all responses for a multi choice questions are store in the same call separated by commas.

I found a similar one while cleaning If you are automating the generation and/or the deployment of your configurations what solution(s) are you using?

Controller (ODL, DNAC, NSX, OpenContrail...) > Controller (ODL/DNAC/NSX/OpenContrail...)

I checked the 2020 questionnaire and we still have a lot of commas, we'll need to check that before creating the survey
