If a property does not have annotations or assertions, it is not included

LODE ignores properties without any axioms or annotations. They should be included as well. I have reproduced this issue for classes, properties and data properties.

This is not a big issue, as a class or ontology without annotations does not have much value. However, since the new changelog considers this case, I think it is worth including them in the documentation too.
