Threshold Error in function(fit)

My question lies in line 3 and line 4 in Algorithm 1 of ``Robust Principal Component Analysis?" in the table on page 29 of https://arxiv.org/pdf/0912.3599.pdf. 【Line 3】The threshold value here is $\mu$. However, what your code implemented is $1 / \mu$. The same problem lies in line 4 in Algorithm 1.
