On failure in DSTORE log filename and amount of time it took to download

Current message:

(s3store) got an error on s3 OpenObject, retrying (dstore/s3store.go:237){"error": "unexpected EOF", "attempt": 1, "max_attempts": 3}

It is not clear what file is having problems and how long it took to do the download.
