Win64 Portable: MSVCP140_CODECVT_IDS.dll not found, crashes immediately.

The title says it already, you're missing the MSVCP140_CODECVT_IDS.dll in the current Win64 release.

I think it's something from the Visual C++ redistributable package or so.

Interesting.. Have you tried installing latest VC++ redistributable: link ?

Yup, with that installed it works as expected.

I opened the pull request since you explicitly marketed this editor as "portable", i swear that

(requires vcredist)

note wasn't there when i downloaded it a few days ago.

Anyway, it's not a portable program if the user needs to install a library package, even if it's just good old vcredist. Can you bundle the required DLLs or is that not permitted by Microsoft?
