[BUG] Highlight correct filed when showing a Date parsing error

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When entering a Date for an event in the timeline, and specifying an unparsable time zone; when pressing save from the 3 fields Date,Time,Timezone; even though Timezone is wrong, Date is highlighted in red.

To Reproduce

• New Event in Timeline
• Enter parsable Date
• Enter parsable Time
• Enter non-parsable Timezone, e.g. -4
• Press save
• See error message "Invalid date time" and the Date field highlighted in red
• Be confused about what is wrong with the Date, even though the Timezone is the problem

Expected behavior

Red highlight the field that can not be parsed, not the date field.
