[FR] Ability to specify Case Open/Case Closed dates when creating case via API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We're looking at migrating to Iris from another platform, we'd love the ability to import our previous cases (at least the category/title/description data). We can easily do this by writing some glue code leveraging python libraries for both Iris and our current case management platform however we cannot specify an open and close date within Iris which prevents us from undertaking this task.

Describe the solution you'd like When interacting with Iris via API allow the case open/close dates to be defined as a parameter in the case.add() function (and the subsequent case API/case model).

Describe alternatives you've considered We looked at the import FR request but it does not appear to be complete. Perhaps there is some overlap there already.
