[BUG] 500 Error while opening a case from the case list

Error while opening up the case. That states "We got error 500-INTERNAL SERVER ERROR requesting cases/details/3?cid=1. We are using version 2.3.6

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Manage cases'
2. Click on 'Case list'
3. Select any case
4. See error

Expected behavior To open the case directly without any errors.
