[BUG] Duplicate case entries in case of "user"

Describe the bug I have migrated my database from on-prem to cloud. The version on on-prem was v1.4.5 and took backup of it and restore it on the cloud.

Further, I have migrated it to v2.0.0 and then to v2.3.3.

I realized the no of cases when I view from administrator account is 35, and when I view from normal user account is around 70. I could see duplicate cases being loaded when any "user" account is being used. However, when I am making new cases- no duplicates are being made.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...': Manage Cases
2. Click on '....': all cases

Expected behavior No duplicate cases to be seen from the user account.

I have the same problem after upgrading from v1.4.5 to v2.0.0.

OS: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS (focal)
