Group Permissions
Filtering Group Permissions, based on Customer.
I noticed that I can create a customer and tie it to a case. This is good for the analyst and creating reports. The issue is that this can not be added to group permissions, so the customer can only see their alerts and cases. I would have to manually add permissions to each case, everytime a new case was created for them to see it. They would be able to read all alerts as well and not just for that customer, if alert read access if given.

This is something which is currently being developed and should be available soon.
By design IRIS wasn't suppose to be exposed to customers or third parties, but we're seeing more and more people attempting to do so.

is there any update on this? or are you able to disable this "feature" when creating a case, if you're not an MSP there is no need to even use the customer field.
