[FR] Note export to PDF
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I've written some detailed analysis in the note section I sometimes need to share my analysis/notes as a standalone PDF to another team that doesn't have access to IRIS to our instance of IRIS.
Describe alternatives you've considered I've tried the conventional right button click and print, but it's grey washed when in dark mode and it doesn't always print everything and often cuts the bottom part of the notes section, which is why I feel it needs a dedicated feature to export a single note card

It would be really nice if the UI of the note page, it had a little printer icon of a printer, that when clicked it prints the content of the notes page, including images, as a PDF file. something in this bit:
Is this still needed? Currently, on the dev branch and see the option to download as MD but there is not an option to export as PDF. If there's a need for it, I would like to attempt to implement this.
It could be added as an option for the dropdown on the top right. Currently when I have a note open and click the dropdown menu it does not present any options.
