Iris-client should support case filtering

For integration between different system (or even reporting done outside of IRIS) i think https://docs.dfir-iris.org/_static/iris_api_reference_v2.0.1.html#tag/Manage-case/operation/get-manage-cases-list should support filtering by

• time
• user
• case status

Also pagination should be present in this kind of requests (Since there may be a lot of resources present in the datastatore

Also cases_closed_date/case_open_date should have a finer granularity from 'case_open_date': '08/23/2023' to something like 'case_open_date': '08/23/2023 10:02:00.0001Z'
