@bitdivine should we skip IC related dependencies? Don't we have older versions because we can't upgrade them?
We hard held back by the ledger code, however we can isolate that and let the rest move on. Or better switch to using the index canister. We are already being bitten by candid falling behind so we should probably isolate or remove the balances and transactions code sooner rather than later.
